GROUP CLASS

Group classes (60-min or 75-min) are or will be offered at various locations with the schedule and location listed below.  The drop-in is €20 per class,  €90 for a block of 5 classes , and €150 for a block of 10 classes. A 5-week or 7-week course of Joyful QiGong and Heartful Meditation are also being offered to deepen the learning.  For additional information, please click here.
